What is Exactly Cat yoga ?

• To answer the question, we have see how the world of yoga are changing rapidly over the years with Crazy or funny or weird trends popping up the main stream news like my previous post about the Goat yoga (yoga around goats),Doga yoga (Dog yoga) and Beer yoga (Drinking Beer while practising yoga asanas).
• Just like these previous yoga trends, the cat yoga is simple like that doing yoga around cute and adorable cats or kittens.
• In the year 2015 Catmosphere introduced a yoga session with cats, its a Space Cat Café in Sydney, Australia.
• Where you can do yoga for 60 minutes and play with cats for 15 minutes to have and enjoyable time with pretty cats.
• And also P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center in Camden, Maine, offers free cat yoga classes to promote cat adoption for the yoga lovers.

• In 2017 study done by three researchers from both Monmouth University and Oregon State University found that cats are more similar to humans than we imagine. (Source link)
• In that experiment researchers used two groups of cats, one living with humans and others living in the shelter.After that both group cats are separated for two and half from the living place.
• And then they were given four choices of food, scent, toy and human interaction.The researchers found variation in the choice of stimulus from cats.
• But most of cats around 65% of them chose their human interaction more than the other stimulus of food, scent and toys.
