The world of yoga is taken over by the trends of animals involving in the yoga session, like the Goat yoga,Dog yoga,Cat yoga ,even Horse yoga and now the latest trend is Bunny (rabbit) yoga.
In 2015 a British yoga gym started charity benefit for abandoned rabbit called the charity Bandaids for Bunnies, which became a internet viral trend and rest is history.
This trend is just funny idea by Sunberry Gym owner Julia Zu,but after holding only two classes the group surprisingly raised $1,000.
Some people may think its meaningless internet trend, others may think its for good cause to protect innocent animals from homeless issues.But what i suggest to all is if you are an animal or pet lover , who likes cute rabbit bunnies , then forget about silly trend or noble cause try to have enjoyable and relaxing time with cute little rabbits and awesome yoga session thank you.
In the world of yoga trends, its never going to be shocking anymore about the topic of doing yoga with animals first it was Dog yoga.After that the Goat yoga has became a global trend among yoga practitioners.
Even the Cat yoga is becoming a trend with cause for adopting cats from the shelter, but the Horse yoga trend is travelling to another level yogic practice with the popularity among some yoga groups and community.
Angela Nuñez’s is another example for the horse yoga movement enthusiast , she is a registered yoga teacher of 200 hour training in yoga practice.

According to Beth A. Lanning, Ph.D., associate chair and associate professor of public health in Baylor's Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences says "The PTSD is very hard to treat by therapeutic Horse riding program gave a better mental health condition.

Where you can do yoga for 60 minutes and play with cats for 15 minutes to have and enjoyable time with pretty cats.
And also P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center in Camden, Maine, offers free cat yoga classes to promote cat adoption for the yoga lovers.
Jeanette Skaluba at Homeward Bound Pet Shelter (HBPS) launched a website for love of cats in the name of Yoga for cats.
Big Apple’s first cat cafe named Meow Parlour located in newyork city.
New Cat Yoga Cafe opened in Dubai's own Ailuromania Café Where you can enjoy your time with cute little kitties and relaxing yoga session.
Pause Cat Café in Old Christchurch Road Opened by Jaya Da Costa, he says the main motive for opening this cat cafe is bring awareness among people about crisis of Anxiety and Depression. Spending quality time with pet can reduce the stress hormone and increase the feel good hormone of Serotonin.
Scientific Studies about Cat and Human Relationship:
In 2017 study done by three researchers from both Monmouth University and Oregon State University found that cats are more similar to humans than we imagine. (Source link)
In that experiment researchers used two groups of cats, one living with humans and others living in the shelter.After that both group cats are separated for two and half from the living place.
And then they were given four choices of food, scent, toy and human interaction.The researchers found variation in the choice of stimulus from cats.
But most of cats around 65% of them chose their human interaction more than the other stimulus of food, scent and toys.

Sahaja Yoga is Religious Yoga Movement and it also became a Meditational movement for State Awareness to be achieved.
Sahaja in sanskrit meaning saha - with you and ja - born,Which means Spontaneous and born, denoting the kundalini is born in us and can be awakened spontaneously.
According to this movement the state of self awareness can be gained by awaking the Kundalini, which is said to be thoughtless awareness or mental state.
This Yoga Meditation movement is Founded in 1970 by Nirmala Srivastava known as Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (Called by her followers as Mother).
Nirmala Srivastava acclaimed to be Holy reincarnation of Hindu God Adi Shaki.
Sahaja Yoga is majorly based on the hindu religious practice with influence of other religions.
Sahaja yoga ashrams (Yoga schools) are in various countries like India, Italy, Kuwait, Nigeria, United Kingdom, United States of America,Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany and more.
In Sahaja yoga is based on the belief in apart from the physical body there are various Nadi's - channels and Chakras - Energy centres in human body.
By Balancing the Chakras the Kundalini can be awakened in sacrum bone, which is considered to be the mother energy.
In accordance to belief of Sahaja yoga, when sahasrara - top most Chakras is pierced by kundalini that person will feel a cool breeze in his head and hands.

Who is Nirmala Srivastava , Life and biography of Sahaja Yoga Founder :
Nirmala Srivastava was Born on 21th March 1923 in Chindawara, Madhya Pradesh, Called by sahaja yoga followers as Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
Her Father Prasad a scholar of fourteen languages , he is hindu religious follower and mother Cornelia Salve is the 1st women in india to got honors in mathematics degree , She is a christian religious follower.
Shri Mataji Nirmala Srivastava descended from the royal Shalivahana dynasty.
In her youth Shri Mataji Nirmala Srivastava stayed in ashram of great Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi ji.
She is too involve in Freedom struggle for indian independence along with her parents in that time.And also got arrested in Quit india movement on 1942.
Shri Mataji married Chandrika Prasad Srivastava who worked as high ranking indian civil servant in that time of 1947 before independence.
Shri Mataji Had two daughters Kalpana Srivastava and Sadhana Varma.
Shri Mataji is more concerned by raising more false Gurus in this spiritual practise.
Shri Mataji Nirmala Srivastava established the International Sahaja Yoga Health and Research Centre in Mumbai in the year 1996.
Honors and recognitions given to Shri Mataji Nirmala are in 1986 she was declared as the personality of the year bu Italian Government, in newyork she was invited to speak about world peace for continously 4 years (1990 - 1994),in St. Peterburg, Russia, 1993 Shri Mataji Appointed as prestigious Honorary Member of Petrovskaya Academy of Art and Science,Shri Mataji was Awarded Honorary Doctorate in Cognitive Science by head of the Ecological University Bucharest by Country Romania in the year 1995 and even honors where given all around the world in her name.
In 23 February 2011 at the age 87 Shri Mataji Nirmala Srivastava Died in Genoa, Italy.

Place your right hand against your heart and ask yourself, 'Mother' am I the spirit?
Lower your hand to lungs and ask yourself, Mother am I my own master?
Then Lower your hand to your hip and ask, ‘Mother, please give me the pure knowledge.’
After that Raise your hand to your lung and say, ‘Mother, I am my own master.’
And Raise it to your heart and say, Mother, I am the spirit.
Then Raise it further to the back of your neck and say, Mother, I am not guilty.
Raise it to your forehead and say, Mother, I forgive everyone.
Raise it to the back of your head and say, Mother, please forgive me for whatever my wrongdoing.
Finally Raise it to the top of your head and say, Mother, please give me my self-realisation.

What is the best time for doing Yoga Practice ?
The Best time for practising yoga is Early morning or Brahma Muhurta (4.00am - 5.00am) , But due to the lifestyle and work time issues , i recommend to pick a time that is more relaxing and free from any disturbance.Try to Practise yoga in a empty stomach , because if you had eaten after 4 - 6 hours will be taken for the complete digestion of the food materials.
Morning is considered to be the ideal timing for yoga , if not try evening (5.00pm - 6.00pm), try to practice in the same time to make your body adapt to that time for practice.
Step 2 (Choose best place for Practice) :
What is the best place or Environment to Practice Yoga ?
The place where you practice yoga is one of the most important factor to consider , because the environment influence our mood and state of mind, Imagine if you in a library where people using large speakers to listen music, what would happen, the peaceful environment for reading books will become nonsensical place to be around.
Just like that always find a place where you can remain quiet peaceful without any distractions like even a tv, pc, sound system or anything that disturbs you focus on yoga practice.Try to find a open place where the air is pure for pollution,free from unwanted or sounds,If it helps try to practice alone without others distracts you.
Yoga environment should be closer to natural environment, if you cannot find any open space, try to you have plants or small trees around the place of practice.To uplift and eliminate a small disturbing sounds , use your own sound system with gentle clam and relaxing peaceful audio music to enhance the atmosphere of yoga.

Try to wear cloths that are short or air free flowing with loose fittings to feel comfortable during yoga poses, men can wear shorts and women can wear yoga tights or pants to feel comfortable.
Find the right Yoga Mat for your practice which has to be more durable,Grip,less cost with more quality product.Yoga Blocks are more helpful for balancing and other special poses where it aids in comfortable handle of Asanas for the practitioners.
